Director
Level3HomeSurveys Ltd is led by Brendan O’Callaghan MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Before qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor, Brendan spent 24 years working within the construction industry as a multi-trade building contractor.
Our Approach
Every property is unique and each inspection is undertaken carefully with reports prepared specifically for the property inspected.

Level3HomeSurveys Ltd operates in accordance with the professional standards of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the RICS Home Survey Standard.
Balanced Advice
Residential property — particularly period homes — will inevitably contain elements of wear, ageing or historic alteration. Our role is to distinguish between normal maintenance considerations and issues that require further investigation.
